Destination General Information: Duong Lam Village<\/span><\/h2>\n

Located 50km to the west of Hanoi, Duong Lam village is called “the land of two kings” as king Ngo Quyen and king Phung Hung were born in this village together with a lot of famous people in the Vietnamese history. Therefore, Duong Lam has been recognized as the national historic and cultural vestiges since 2006.<\/p>\n

08:00<\/strong>: Our car and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel or meeting point and transfer to Son Tay town. Start to visit Duong Lam ancient village – the first ancient village in Vietnam was granted by the State with the national historical and cultural vestiges.tt<\/p>\n

09:30: <\/strong>Our first destination is Va temple<\/strong> where worshiped as one of the “four immortals”, associated with the legend “Son Tinh – Thuy Tinh”, which is the nature of the conquest of the ancient Viet people.<\/p>\n

10:30<\/strong>: Visit the ancient village with Mia Pagoda<\/strong>, also known as “Sung Nghiem Tu”. The temple is located in Duong Lam Commune with 287 statues of a unique and lively architecture, including the famous ones such as Tuyet Son statue, Quan Am statue, Eighteen of Arhat statues.<\/p>\n

Then you explore the ancient village of Duong Lam<\/strong> – the oldest village in Vietnam with ancient houses built with stone from hundreds of years ago, enjoy the cup of tea accompanied with \u201cche lam\u201d\u00a0 and \u201ckeo doi\u201d that are interesting gifts of local people here. Visiting Mong Phu communal house<\/strong> with a unique architecture with a history of nearly 400 years.<\/p>\n

12:00:<\/strong> Have a lunch at local people\u2019s house with local interesting specialties<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

14:00:<\/strong> You will have a chance to make a typical kind of cake at Duong Lam \u2013 \u201cche lam\u201d. Visit 1-2 old houses in the village afterward. Free to take photos.<\/p>\n

15:30:<\/strong> On the way, walk to Duong Lam village, take photos and get in the car and move to Phung Hung temple<\/strong> and Ngo Quyen tomb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
