Kha Ban Homestay is built in the traditional stilt-house style of the Tay ethnic group, with sloping tile roofs, warm wooden floors, and an open space that welcomes natural light and fresh air. Every detail—from the kitchen corner, staircase, to the veranda—is kept as original as possible, offering guests a cozy and authentic experience, as if living with a real local family.
Located in the heart of Cao Bang, Kha Ban Homestay offers a panoramic view of the city, where visitors can easily capture stunning moments of sunrise or sunset from any angle. The spacious, green-filled yard is also a perfect place for early morning yoga or meditation, helping guests connect with nature and start the day with positive energy.

At Kha Ban, you’ll enjoy traditional dishes of the Tay people such as roasted pork with mac mat leaves, five-colored sticky rice, wild chicken soup, and ant egg cakes. All dishes are made from fresh, homegrown ingredients, rich in mountain flavors.
In the evening, immerse yourself in local culture with traditional musical shows featuring Then singing, Tinh lute performances, Sli and Luon folk songs, along with ethnic dances.

Accommodation Regulations at Kha Ban HomestayTo ensure maximum security and safety for our guests during their stay at the homestay, please kindly follow the rules and guidelines below: • Registration Process Please present personal identification such as ID card or passport. • Fire Prevention No smoking, playing with fire, cooking, or laundry inside the room. • Personal Belongings and Valuables Please take care of your own valuable items. For regular luggage, you may leave it at the front desk. • Accommodation Rules Do not bring fruits such as durian or mangosteen into the room. Do not organize or participate in any gambling activities. • Warnings No fighting, arguing, being intoxicated, making loud noise, or playing loud music/speakers. Handguns, knives, ammunition, flammable substances, explosives, toxic chemicals, radioactive materials, or prohibited cultural materials are not allowed at the homestay. Homestay Rules and Guidelines • Homestay Stay Information Restaurant Breakfast is served upon request in the 2nd floor living area from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM. The restaurant is open until 9:00 PM. For lunch and dinner, please contact the reception for the available menu. Laundry Service The homestay provides daily wet laundry service at 50,000 VND/kg. Laundry received before 10:00 AM will be returned before 9:00 PM the same day. Laundry received after 10:00 AM will be returned before 7:00 PM the next day. We are committed to offering eco-friendly amenities, so please note that only soap is provided in the bathroom. For any necessary information during your stay, please contact the reception via our hotline. |
