Ecohost Hải Trung is located in Cửu Khúc, a village known as the “hidden dragon,” with nine winding rivers and nine ancient stone bridges. At the dragon’s head stands the iconic Lương Pagoda Covered Bridge – more than 500 years old and deeply rooted in the area’s cultural and historical traditions. This bridge has become a must-visit destination when exploring Hải Hậu.
🏡 ECOHOST HẢI TRUNG – A LIVING SPACE RICH IN NORTHERN VIETNAMESE TRADITIONS
The home of Mr. and Mrs. Thanh Phòng is a cozy house they built with lifelong dedication. Inspired by their daughter’s passion for community tourism and her dream to create sustainable livelihoods for local people, they decided to open their doors to travelers. Here, they share their family’s story and traditions with visitors from near and far. On the property, there’s also a traditional ancestral house – a common feature in Northern villages – where the whole family gathers for festivals and tells stories to keep their roots and values alive for the next generations.

You can choose your host family or be assigned one randomly – each home offers a different experience, but all make you feel the warmth and familiarity of “coming home.”

ECOHOST HẢI TRUNG REGULATIONSIn order to ensure your and other guests’ safety, please comply with the rules and regulations of the home stay as below: • Registration Procedure Submit your legal identity documents such as Resident Identity Card, Passport. • Fire Prevention Please do not smoke in room, do not play with fire and do not cook, iron clothes in room. • Valuables For high value items, please mindfully self–preservative of object own. With the normal items, the buggages can leave at the living on the 1st floor. • Accommodation Do not bring durian, mangosteen, food into the room; do not join in gambling. • Caution Any disturbance caused in the home stay due to excessive drinking, assault, loud noise or the misuse of audio equipment that is not permitted. Firearms, knives, ammunition, flammables, explosives, poisonous, radioactive … and the cultural products not in circulation are prohibited on the homestay premises. • Ecohost Hải Trung Directory Daily breakfast is served indoor or outdoor on the 1st floor from 6h30 to 8h. To make booking for lunch and dinner, please contact local host as dining menu is available until 21h. Entertainment activities end at 10:30 PM to respect the shared living space of the village community. • Laundry and Valet Laundry and valet are available daily with the price is 50,000 VND/ 1kg. Items received before 10am are returned on the same day by 9pm. Laundry collected after 10am will be returned the following day by 7pm. Our host would like to go with Environment Green Program, so please kindly be noted herbal shampoo and shower gel set up in bathroom only.
