Every detail of the interior—from the plush beds and cozy tables to the minibar and fragrant linens—is thoughtfully curated. Each room has a private bathroom equipped with a shower or bathtub, and soaking in the outdoor tub surrounded by forest is an experience not to be missed.
Guests enjoy a complimentary local breakfast, an outdoor pool, a verdant garden, and an on-site restaurant and bar—all forming a harmonious space that is both well-equipped and charmingly rustic.

House Rules at Toki Ecolodge Cao RamImportant Reminders: • Please present valid identification upon check-in at the Front Desk. • Arrive on time to ensure the best experience at TOKI. • Check-in: from 2:00 PM | Check-out: by 11:30 AM • Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. • Swimming pool hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Always check water depth before entering the pool. To help preserve our shared space, please: • Close the main door each time you enter or leave. • Dispose of trash in the indoor bin. • Do not rearrange or move furniture. • No smoking inside the rooms. • Keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing others. • Supervise children in shared areas and around the pool for safety. • Do not decorate the room without prior approval from TOKI. (Any lost or damaged property will incur charges based on the posted price list.) Please refrain from bringing: • Professional photography equipment (reflectors, external flash, etc.) or speakers over 30W. • Flammable items, stimulants, pets, food with strong odors, or alcoholic beverages into the rooms. • Large quantities of beverages (crates, boxes, etc.) Late Check-out Policy: • From 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: 300,000 VND fee. • From 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: 50% of room rate. • After 3:00 PM: 100% of room rate. Dining at TOKI: • Outside food and drinks are not allowed. • Corkage fee for wine: 200,000 VND per bottle. Lost & Found: • Please keep small and valuable items with you at all times. • TOKI is only responsible for items or cash deposited at the Front Desk. • Lost items found at the premises will be held for 14 days by housekeeping for return. • Delivery service is available upon request and subject to shipping fees. Right to Refuse Service: TOKI reserves the right to refuse service for reasons not violating Vietnamese law, including: • Acts of aggression, verbal abuse, or violence toward staff or other guests. • Rude behavior or harassment affecting the comfort of other guests. • Refusal to comply with TOKI’s accommodation policies. |
