Staying at Me felt like living with local Tay villagers. I helped harvest produce, made handmade dó paper, and learned about daily farm life. Even enjoyed a bamboo raft ride down the nearby river. It was a deeply authentic and heartwarming community experience.

Staying at My Retreat Hien Van felt like stepping into a preserved glimpse of rural Bac Bo life. The centuries-old house—rebuilt with red tile roofs, earthen walls, and traditional wooden interiors—exudes authenticity. Inside you'll find wooden tea tables, antique carvings, and terracotta reliefs. Mornings began with birdsong, garden views, and peaceful nostalgia in every corner.
