House Rules at Toki Retreat Van LongImportant Notes to Remember: - Please present a valid form of identification at Reception for check-in procedures. - We recommend checking in at the designated time for the best experience at TOKI. - Check-in: 14:00 - Check-out: 11:30 - Breakfast at TOKI is served from 07:00 - 09:30. - Swimming pool hours: 07:00 – 20:00. - The main gate will be locked from 22:00. - Please contact the security team for the door code via hotline: 0325052188. To help maintain our shared space, please: - Open/close the main door every time you enter or leave the house. - Dispose of trash in the designated indoor bin. - Do not move or rearrange furniture and fixtures. - Do not smoke inside the room. - Avoid making loud noise to respect the shared space. - Do not decorate the room without TOKI's prior approval. (Any loss or damage to property will be charged according to the official rate list). Please refrain from bringing: - Professional photography equipment (reflectors, flash, etc.). - Speakers with output higher than 30W. - Flammable or explosive materials, stimulants, pets, food with strong odors, or alcoholic beverages into the room. - Large quantities of drinks (crates, boxes, etc.). Late Check-out Fees: - From 12:30 to 14:00: 300,000 VND fee applies. - From 14:00 to 15:00: 50% of room rate applies. - After 15:00: 100% of room rate applies. To fully enjoy your meals at TOKI: - Please do not bring outside food and drinks. - A corkage fee of 200,000 VND per bottle of alcohol applies. For Lost & Found items: - Please take care of small or valuable personal belongings. - TOKI is only responsible for items or money left at Reception. - Items found at the premises will be kept safely by the housekeeper for 14 days for return. - Express delivery service is available upon payment of shipping fees. Right to Refuse Service: TOKI reserves the right to refuse service for reasons not violating Vietnamese law, including: - Aggressive behavior, insults, or violent actions toward staff or other guests. - Rude or harassing behavior that affects other guests' experience. - Refusal to comply with TOKI’s accommodation regulations. |
